Our loss is heaven's gain. Wonder what instrument he will play first? When Pastor Chapman married us at First Baptist in Gallipolis, O, there was a banner over all the wedding pictures at the front of the church - Goal to go 500 - a promotion of some kind. Well, we never quite made that, but it seems that Joe and Lucy came close with that bustling family! What a blessing! We only managed 3 kids and 8 grandkids so far! Joe was bigger than life - so full of joy and the love of Jesus - the Spirit of God truly overflowed from him into the lives of others. He made a lifelong impression on us - stamped Jesus into our hearts! We love you all and would love to be with you - just couldn't pull it together. I suppose Joe will be up in glory with my dad and mom Wilbur and Louise. Wow, nothing will be safe up there now! Lucy, Judy, Shirley, David, and Diana, we love you and our hearts go out to you and all your families - may the sweet Spirit of God be your portion!
