My husband and I lived across Christie Lake from her. I am so sorry she won't see her family history written in the book I am doing of Christie Lake. What a rich heritage and great life, gone to soon.

My heart goes out to Dixie and Carl. We will miss Karen. She was always full of spunk a energy. I am very happy that Ean got the opportunity to know his great grandmother before her passing.
