Amber Christine Leonardo-Flippin

Amber Christine Leonardo-Flippin, 39, beloved mother, daughter, granddaughter, sister and aunt, passed away unexpectedly on March 12, 2024, in Sebring, Fl. She was born on December 6, 1984 in Sebring, Fl.

She is survived by her parents, Robert Leonardo and Sherry Davis, her siblings Justin (Jessica), Robert “Robbie”, Kayla (Patrick) and Rhianna, her cherished son Blake Flippin, partner Erik Flippin, and her beloved nieces and nephews, Andrew, Benjamin, Cameron, Mia, Cooper, Elijah, Luka and Dean. 

Amber served substantial years to her family’s Subway franchise that was bought in 1985 in Sebring. She worked alongside her grandmother, Sandra Carter as well as her father, Robert, and mother, Sherry. Amber began in the restaurant in her teenage years as a sandwich artist to later becoming their bookkeeper, which she maintained up until the stores were sold in 2023. Aside from working for her family’s business, she also owned her own flower shop for a period of time. 

She was a vibrant, selfless, free spirited soul. She showed tremendous compassion for those who reciprocated the same loyalty, kindness and love she always had to offer. She enjoyed expressing the love she had for her closest friends and family by creating detailed scrap books of them all. Amber was a devoted family woman who cherished spending time with her son, Blake. She found immense joy in the adventures and memories they made together. 

Amber’s kind heart, sassy sense of humor, infectious laughter, strong sense of faith, and genuine love will be deeply missed by all who knew her. March 12, 2024 marks the day her family and friends lost a piece of themselves because she played such an important role in making them who they are today. As the world said goodbye and released Amber, heaven opened the gates to embrace and rejoice her homecoming.
