ORTEGA, CARMEN, 84 of Sebring, FL died Friday, Dec. 13, 2013. She was born in Ciales, Puerto Rico moving to Sebring in 2005. A member of St. Catherine Catholic Church and had worked in healthcare. She is survived by her daughters, Edna Huertas and Carmen Huertas both of Sebring; brother, Ignacio Lopez, Ciales, PR; sisters, Carmen M. Resto, Philadelphia, PA, Awilda Gines, NJ and Carem O. Melendez, CT; twelve grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Visitation, 8:30-9:30 am, Monday at Morris Funeral Chapel, a Mass will be celebrated 10:00 am, Monday at St. Catherine Catholic Church with Fr. Jose Gonzalez. Morris Funeral Chapel, 307 S.
