COOPER, CHARLES HARLAN, 97 of Sebring, FL died January 1, 2015 at Lake Placid Health Care Center, Lake Placid, FL. He was born in Hilton, NY and was a member of Hilton Baptist Church, a Veteran of the U.S. Navy, WWII, and a Pearl Harbor Survivor, a recipient of the Asiatic-Pacific and American Defense Stars. Coop as he was affectionately called moved to Sebring in 1978 and established Economy Printing next to the Sebring Police Department. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #779 F&AM, Hilton, NY; former member of the Sebring Lions Club, Sebring Elks Lodge and a Charter Member of the Sebring Sunrise Rotary Club. He is survived by his step-son, Mike Jarvis and his wife, Vicki of Sebring, 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
