THOMPSON, DONALD L., 84 of Sebring, FL passed away on March 15, 2013. He was born in Davenport, Iowa, a veteran of the U.S. Navy, W.W. II, retiring from Deere and Co in 1982 moving in 2000 to The Bluffs in Sebring, FL. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn of Sebring; two sons and a daughter; two step-sons; nine grandchidren and two great grandchildren. Private family services will be held. With burial at Rock Island National Cemetery. The family suggest memorials to Alzheimers or a charity of ones choosing.
