Elenor Marie Hardy Rollins entered His gates with thanks giving and His courts with praise on Nov. 19, 2015. She was born on Oct. 25, 1921 in Marcellus, MI, attended Poe's Corner School, held a 'nanny' position enabling her to go to Three Rivers High School, and received her BA and Master's degrees from Western Michigan University. She taught home economics in MI and FL and was a prayer pillar in the First United Methodist Church of Sebring. Sweet Grama (as she was known) was preceded in death by her husband Gerald Ellis Rollins and her son-in-law Steve Skipper. She is lovingly survived by the following that she proudly and lovingly prayed for individually, daily. Children: Dick and Karen Rollins, Beth Skipper. Grands: Jamie Weibe (TJ), Kelly Dickhof (Jos), Gerri VanAcker (Pastor David), Chris Rollins (Danielle), Ellie Kurz (Andrew), Hannah Skipper. GREAT grands: Jake, Meg, Tess, Kate, Cassandra, Caleb, Abigail, Emma, Nathan, Andrew, Sam, Charis Joy, Jeremiah, Daniel, Anna, Gabriella, Grant Ellis, Emerson Sue, Ella Marie, Elijah Steven, Micah, Abby Joy. There will be a memorial celebration Sunday, 11/22/15, 2:00p.m. at the Palms of Sebring. The family will gather to honor her in MI later in the summer. Contributions may be made to Little Lambs Prison Ministery, Salvation Army, or First United Methodist Church.
