KNIGHTON, JEANETTE (JENNY), 90 of Sebring, FL, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, September 22, 2010. Jenny was born June 6, 1920 in Fulton, KY and was a member of First Christian Church, Fulton and was a nurse in Clinton,KY. Jenny moved to Sebring in 1977 from Denver, CO. She was a great lover of small animals especially dogs. Jenny will be missed by many friends and her loving family; son and his wife, Dick and Karen White, Sebring, FL; grandson and wife, Mark and Kimberly White, Sebring, FL; daughter and her husband, Linda and Frank Appelhans, Denver, CO; grandson, Travis Appelhans, Grand Lake, CO; sisters, Ann Thornton, Colorado Springs, CO and Marie Smith, Greencastle, IN; brother, Eugene Thompson, Colorado Springs, CO; nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm, Friday at Morris Funeral Chapel. Funeral Service, 11:00 am, Saturday at St. John United Methodist Church, 3214 Grand Prix Dr, Sebring. Entombment to follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens. Those desiring my make memorial donations to Human Society of Highlands County.
