Mabel Barber

BARBER, MABEL IONE, 89 of Sebring, FL passed away March 28, 2010 at the Lake Place Healthcare Center. She and her twin sister, Blanche, were born October 5, 1920 aboard a houseboat somewhere on the White River near Ethel, Arkansas. She moved to Sebring in 2002 and was a member of First Baptist Church of Lake Josephine. Mabel is survived by her daughter, Margaret Ambuel, Sebring, FL; sons, Raymond of Creve Coeur, MO, Gerald, Glen Carbon, IL, Joseph Jr., Wood River, IL and James, Dearborn, MI; brothers, Riley Bowermaster, Drasco, AR and Walter Bowermaster, Hartford, IL; sister, Edith West, DeWitt, AR; 15 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Services and burial will be in Illinois.
