Marlene Kay Linhart

Marlene Kay Linhart was born on a cold snowy November 25, in 1949 and passed away on a sunny day in Sebring Fl on March 4, 2022 in her apartment at the Palms Assisted living center.   

She was a long time accountant with Danner Press and later East Ohio Press.   She lived most of her life in Minerva were she was valedictorian of the class of 1967.  She later graduated from Malone college in 1971.  She moved to Florida in 2009 where she became a very active member of Highlands Community Church.  

She is survived by two brothers, Bruce  (Joyce) Linhart of Sebring FL and Dale (Marian) Linhart of Warren IN.and one sister, Marjorie (Milan) Coleman of Firth NE. 8 nieces and nephews 

She was preceded in death by her parents Howard and Julia Linhart of Minerva Ohio.  

She enjoyed reading, crochet, and flowers as well as quietly helping others including many missionaries and Christian organizations.  

Marlene’s celebration of life service will be held Saturday March 12, 2022 at 11 am at Highlands Community Church located at 3005 New Life Way Sebring FL  Preferred memorials are to Highlands Community Church flowerbeds  where she spent many hours of her later years making them beautiful.
