MaryAnn Roshko was born on April 17, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois. She met her Savior on May 30, 2024 in Sebring, Florida. She attended Prairie Bible Institute in Alberta, Canada from 1959 – 1963. She then studied and graduated from Cook County School of Nursing in 1966. She worked as a pediatric nurse at Lutheran General Hospital, Chicago, for 30 years. She loved working in pediatrics, many times was requested to walk the new parents and baby to their car. She moved to Sebring, Florida in 1995.

MaryAnn had a real heart to see the Gospel shared around the world. She shared tracts and her faith everywhere she went. Missions and missionaries were a big part of her life. She volunteered at Southside Baptist Church and Editorial Bautista Indepentiente for many years. In 2017 she moved into Maranatha Manor and became a member at Maranatha Baptist Church.

MaryAnn is preceded in death by her parents, Anthony & Ruth (Larson) Roshko, her brother Anthony Jr. Roshko, and her sister Margaret Roshko. She is survived by her brother Edward (Jane) Roshko, sister-in-law Marion Roshko, a nephew, nieces, and great nieces and nephews.

A service for MaryAnn Roshko will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at Maranatha Baptist Church, Sebring, FL 33870
