Miriam C. Taveniere

TAVENIERE, MIRIAM C., 91, passed away peacefully, June 21, 2018, at her home in Sebring, FL, under the care of Good Shepherd Hospice, with her family at her side. Miriam was preceded in death by her husband, James, and leaves behind her daughter, Linda and four sons; Gary, Wade, Craig and David. Miriam also leaves behind seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was born in Miami, FL and was a proud graduate of the University of Miami. She was a homemaker who proudly expressed her love of children and animals. A Celebration of her life will take place, June 28, 2018, 6:00 PM at Morris Funeral Chapel in Sebring. The family will receive friends the hour preceding, beginning at 5:00 pm. The family suggests memorials donations go to Good Shepherd Hospice, Champion for Children Foundation, or The Humane Society of Highlands County.
