Virginia Ruth Curtis

CURTIS, VIRGINIA RUTH, 95 of Sebring, FL died June 22, 2019. She was born in Kalamazoo, MI. She was one of the first Lady Leasing Manager for Ford Motor Corp. She moved to Sebring in 1989 and was an avid Bowler; member of F.F.W. Post #4300 Auxillary and American Legion Post #25 Auxillary; Sebring Garden Club and Sebring Hills Hobby Club. Virginia was the volunteer Auxillary for Advent Health Craft Club and she crocheted over 1,000 newborn hats. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Andrew Sabo in 1965 and Clayton Earl Curtis on Nov. 16th 1998, Clayton was former Captain of the Honor Guard and daughter, Paula Evans, Aug. 2018. She is survived by her son, H. James (Sheila) Sabo, Highlands, MI and daughter, Patricia (Donald) Collison, Dorr, MI; four grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. She will be laid to rest next to her husband, Clayton at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL. Memorials are requested to Volunteer Auxillary at Advent Health.
