MOODY, VIRGINIA MAE, 92 of Sebring, Fl died January 20, 2013. She was born in Dayton, OH and grew up in Miami, FL, graduate of Edison High School and worked for Sears. She moved to Sebring in 1958 from Mobile, AL, retiring from Woodlawn Elementary Cafeteria in 1989. Virginia enjoyed working for Southgate Theatres where she sold tickets and popcorn. A former member of First Baptist Church and a member of Faith Missionary Baptist Church where she served as secretary for many years. She was predeceased by her parents, Roy and Fayette Mae Nelson and a son, Walter Moody. She is survived by her son, Russell Howard, San Francisco, CA; daughters, Linda Williams, Mary Thorlton and Janet Moody all of Sebring; brothers, Roy Nelson, Sebring, Donald Nelson, Ocala, FL, Robert Nelson, Hillard, FL; sisters, Doris Barron and Norma Schweizer both of Tallahassee, FL and Elsie Cribbs, Copper Hill, TN; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be 11:00 am, Thursday at Faith Missionary Baptist Church. The family suggest memorials to her church.

Virgina was the most loving person and the most wonderful grandmother that any of us grandchildren could have asked for... she was the most precious angel and most warm hearted woman I knew. she is missed so much and loved so much!!!! I love you memaw R.I.P VIRGINA MAE MOODY 10/30/1920-01/20/2013
